General Return Policy:

We offer a 15-day return policy for most items from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It should also be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Charges:

A restocking fee of 25% applies to all eligible returns, excluding cases where an incorrect item has been shipped to you. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund, even if we offer free shipping on the original purchase. These charges help cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

Return Process:

  2. Provide the necessary details about your purchase, including the order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions, including the return shipping address.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
  5. Pay for the return shipping charges. Please ensure that the package is adequately insured to cover any damage or loss during transit.

Incorrect or Damaged Item Received:

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team Immediately within 24-48 hours of time it was dilivered. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and we will promptly resolve the issue. For incorrect or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges, restocking fees, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Henna Cones and  Henna Hair dyes which are once used
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Beauty Products once opened or used

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
